Please note, our products are baked to order, fresh each morning. If you are not able to arrive at your selected pick-up time, please give us a call so we can plan accordingly. If you’re requesting an earlier pick-up, a call or email is required! We can not guarantee your items will be ready for pick-up earlier than previously scheduled without prior notice.

Roasted Pumpkin Seed Croissant

A set of 6 of our Roasted Pumpkin Seed Croissant. These are filled with pumpkin butter and a layer of pumpkin seed cream, twice baked and finished with pumpkin seeds and confectioner's sugar.

Classic 'Pop Tart' Set

This set of 8 homemade pop tarts includes: 2 Strawberry, 2 Blueberry, 2 Chocolate-Chocolate, and 2 Brown Sugar Cinnamon.

Fall Flavors 'Pop Tart' Set

Our Fall Flavors set of 8 “Pop Tarts” includes: 2 Pumpkin, 2 Apple Pie, 2 Concord Grape, and 2 Cranberry-Pecan.

Quiche Lorraine

Our 9” flakey pie shell is filled with a custardy mix of eggs, cream, caramelized onions, bacon and gruyere cheese. You simply need to reheat and enjoy.

Swiss Chard and Cheddar Quiche

Our all Butter pie crust holds local Swiss Chard and Cheddar Cheese, with garlic and onion, baked into a creamy custard. Re-heat and Enjoy!

Croissant Bread Pudding

Toasted Croissant and Brioche are soaked in a cinnamon and vanilla infused custard. Simply reheat and serve with maple syrup (and whipped cream if you’re feeling decadent!)

Hazelnut-Banana Braided Bread

Our Croissant Dough holds a filling of Hazelnut Cream, Sliced Bananas, and Chocolate Sable. Finished with a Caramel drizzle and toasted Hazelnuts.

Apple Pie

Local apples are baked with cinnamon, brown sugar, & nutmeg and finished with brown butter streusel.

Pear & Almond Tart

White wine poached pears laced with vanilla bean, star anise, cinnamon & clove; baked into an almond cream filled sucreé shell. Serves 8-10 people.
