Digital signatures created with Syncfusion PDF Library comply with the data protection standards specified by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and the PDF Advanced Electronic Signature (PAdES) standard. As per the PDF 2.0 specification, Syncfusion PDF Library creates digital signatures based on the CMS (cryptographic message syntax) and CAdES (CMS advanced electronic signatures). This flag doesn't make sense in combination with a digitial signature because it means that the reader should re-create the appearances of form fields at opeing time. For sure this re-creation will end in a modified document. IIRC Adobe Reader e.g. Doesn't show the signature panel at all if this flag is set. – Jan Slabon Jun 10 at 14:38.
